20 Nov – Last year, OMSJ posted this report about the non-specific injuries endured when Kevin Shipp transferred in 1999 from CIA headquarters to a U.S. Army weapons depot just north of San Antonio.  His wife and children suffered from migraines, nosebleeds, strange rashes, bleeding gums, and frequent vomiting, as well as emergency-room trips for breathing difficulties.
