  • Mohammed Ali Al-Bayati, Ph.D.

    Dr. Al-Bayati Ph.D., (CV) is a pathologist (Ph.D.) and a dual board certified toxicologist (DABT and DABVT).  He obtained his Ph.D. in comparative pathology from the University of California Davis.  He has more than 25 years of experience in conducting biomedical research (pathology, toxicology, biochemistry, and immunology), teaching and serving as an expert witness in many criminal and civil cases.  He has published more than 50 articles in peer-reviewed medical and scientific journals. 

    Dr. Al-Bayati has evaluated many cases of children who suffered from adverse reactions to medications, vaccines and infections.  In these cases, their caretakers were falsely accused of injuring them by shaking (Shaken Baby Syndrome) and/or other trauma.

    Additionally, Dr. Al-Bayati has evaluated cases of misdiagnosed children and adults who have suffered from adverse reactions to medications and vaccines; and cases of workers who were exposed to workplace chemicals.

    Pneumocystisis Carinii: Everybody Has It
