The word is chutzpa – and it’s hard to imagine a better way to describe UC Berkeley (UCB) Vice Provost Sheldon Zedeck’s assignment of Arthur Reingold to investigate misconduct allegations against Professor Peter Duesberg, PhD.  The charges stem from Duesberg’s (et al) report that was published in 2009 by  Medical Hypotheses.  Citing 35 references that includes South Africa’s (SA) own mortality reports, Prof. Duesberg’s team concluded that: (more…)

8 Jun (WASH DC) - In an unusual and possibly unprecedented trial verdict, rendered after expert witnesses raised “reasonable doubt” about the general validity of what are commonly called “HIV tests,” a military judge at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina on May 17 acquitted an Army sergeant of aggravated assault for failing to disclose his HIV “status” to sexual partners. 30 NOV (NAS JACKSONVILLE) – A US Navy veteran accused of HIV-related criminal charges has reached a pretrial agreement that will free him within weeks.  Accused of failing to disclose his alleged “HIV-positive status,” military prosecutors charged the Aviation Electrician’s Mate (RS) with multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault “likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm.” If convicted of all charges, RS faced a demotion and dishonorable discharge, the loss (more…)

8 May – Last week, the BBC reporter Mishal Husain interviewed World Health Organization’s (WHO) Polio Director Hamid Jafari, and Shahnaz Wazir Ali, the Pakistan’s special adviser on polio.  During the interview, both promoted the continued inoculation of polio vaccines, despite strong evidence of vaccine injuries to thousands of healthy children.
