  • 8 Jun (WASH DC) – In an unusual and possibly unprecedented trial verdict, rendered after expert witnesses raised “reasonable doubt” about the general validity of what are commonly called “HIV tests,” a military judge at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina on May 17 acquitted an Army sergeant of aggravated assault for failing to disclose his HIV “status” to sexual partners.
