04 Oct (MSPB WATCH) – We all know Tom Devine of Government Accountability Project engages in smears and character assassinations behind closed doors, but are they sanctioned by its leadership? Are they utilized by employees other than Devine? Are they replicated or carried out by goons with questionable backgrounds?

The answers to all three are below. There was no response or apology to the request I made. By the way, GAP recently re-promoted Mr. Kendrick on its website and I understand he is scheduled to speak at South Texas College of Law on their behalf. That offer should not be rescinded on account of the truth about their ways being disclosed by me. That would be awfully retaliatory and punitive.
